    Yana Supriatna yang bikin geger publik dengan kehilangannya secara misterius, kini ditetapkan sebagai tersangka. 

    Kabid Humas Polda Jabar Erdi A Chaniago membenarkan berita tersebut. Yana dinilai melanggar Pasal 12 ayat (2) UU no 1/1946 terkait penyiaran pemberitahuan yang bisa membuat keonaran di masyarakat. Ancamannya hukuman 3 tahun penjara, kata Erdi. 

    Meskipun demikian, Yana tidak ditahan oleh Polisi sebab hukumannya di bawah lima tahun. Namun, Yana diwajibkan melapor ke Polres Sumedang. 

    Seperti diketahui, Yana Supriatna (40), membuat heboh masyarakat setelah dinyatakan hilang secara misterius. Hal itu terungkap saat Yana mengirimkan pesan suara kepada istrinya. Dalam pesan tersebut, ia terdengar ketakutan dan menangis.

    Tim Basarnas yang terdiri dari TNI, Polri dan tim SAR pun dikerahkan untuk mencari dirinya hingga ke jurang. Bahkan anjing pelacak juga turut dikerahkan untuk membantu pencarian selama dua hari dua malam. Aksi kebohongan Yana akhirnya terbongkar saat Yana ditemukan dalam keadaan sehat walafiat di Majalengka 3 hari kemudian.
